And I didn't get *nearly* as much crafting done as I wanted to! I had a very long list of stuff I wanted to make for the kids and there's just no way I'll get it all done. But at least now, having a job, I can actually afford a little bit more store-bought stuff. I got more play food made for Adrian:
Corn dog (his fave food), sugar cookies, french bread, a blueberry muffin, tea bags, and mixed veggies.
I'm still working on his hat, a fold-up hot wheels play mat, and pajama pants for both the kids. I would like to make Charlie one more toy but I can't think of anything else for her! I was going to do a sock monkey but I just don't think I have the time.
I made hand print molds for all of the nurses. I was worried it wouldn't work because Charlie's hands are hard to open sometimes and doing her hand print in paint was a total disaster, but it actually works *really* well in clay. I used a recipe I found on-line so it was really cheap. 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of salt, 2 cups of water and some food dye. Roll it out, press her hand, and bake it. Easy peasy!
I have a really good, FREE idea for my boyfriend since he hates when I spend money on him. I don't know if he reads here or not, so I won't say what it is, but it involves World of Warcraft. And it's a totally dorky thing. LOL
Bring it on, holidays!

I still think you should work on your felt food year 'round. You could try selling it on etsy, or in small consignment stores. I sell my crochet stuff in a community market a few miles away from my house
That looks awesome! Doesn't seem like you need much store-bought stuff as what you've made is so lovely! Hope you enjoy a wonderful holiday.
