I'm no longer the crazy car seat lady...

Now I'm the *Certified* crazy car seat lady! LOL

I took a class to become a CPST (child passenger safety technician) and I passed with flying colors. I'm just waiting for my certification # which I was supposed to have gotten yesterday...hmmm...

http://www.safekids.org/ is the nationally recognized organization that trains CPST's. They always have the latest up-to-date info and are partnered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the National Child Passenger Safety Board to ensure that parents are being properly educated about their children's safety.

Find a check-up event near you:

Make a donation:
https://secure2.convio.net/sk/site/Donation?ACTION=SHOW_DONATION_OPTIONS&CAMPAIGN_ID=1062&JServSessionIdr007=p1wbdjyug5.app1b

Or drop off *new* car seats or boosters to your local check point. They are always in need for families in need! A low back booster is as inexpensive as $13. A high-back booster, $35. A convertible, $45. An infant seat, $50. A higher-weight harnessing seat, $110.

Remember to always read the manual and buckle up each and every time!
