Some days Charlie will not smile no matter what we do, other days she smiles like crazy. Most days she just smiles normally, when we play with her or when she watching elmo. Today she was smiling at *everything*! It was really nice to see her so happy. She's had so many crappy days lately, but maybe she's feeling a little better.
